Connection Flight Information

We are asking all participants to meet at the departure airlines check in counter for their program no later than three hours before our scheduled departure. You are welcome to fly on any flight you wish as long as you can be at the check in counter three hours before departure. On the return, to give the group enough time to clear customs please schedule your return for at least three hours after our group arrives. Please find your own flight to and from the designated departure city and provide the information below.

If you are going to arrange your own airfare to meet the group in the destination country, please provide this information below as well.
