MAKE A PAYMENT

A deposit of $890 must accompany an application for any of our summer or custom programs. Applications are not complete until we receive this deposit. The full tuition for our open enrollment programs is due by March 20, 2012, or within two weeks of being accepted if after March 20. Please note there will be a $50 late fee for any tuition paid after March 20, 2012 unless we have made another arrangement. Please contact us if you need more time to pay off your balance.

For custom group travel, please refer to your individual webpage for information on due dates and payments.

For all financial aid applications, we will not cash this deposit check unless we come to an agreement on an aid package.

We prefer that you pay by check if possible. Please make check or money order payable to Walking Tree Travel and send it in to the following address:

Pay by Credit Card

For all credit card payments, we are charged 4% of the total transaction (deposit, partial payment, or full payment), which is added to your tuition. We encourage everyone to pay by check in order to avoid this additional charge. That being said, if you would like to pay by credit card, we have included a handy calculator to help calculate the tuition. Once you enter the amount and click on Calculate, you will see the total amount to be charged for your card. Please press Checkout to proceed to the secure credit card payment page, where you can enter this amount.

 




Online Payments

You are also welcome to pay for the whole program all at once. Please click on Open Enrollment from the top navigation for the amount and name of your program.
